Super Obvious Advice

If you want to be more confident, stop doing things that destroy your confidence.

Negative self talk: There is no way you can call yourself a loser and a minute later feel more confident.

Focusing on what you did not get done: When you focus on what you did not get done rather than acknowledging and celebrating what you did get done, you destroy your confidence.

Forgetting that your life is already good. You are already wealthy – you are aiming for wealthier. You are already successful – you are aiming for more success. Etc.

Telling yourself uninspiring stories about who you are: People like me don’t succeed. Finding clients is hard. Money is confusing. Etc. Etc. Etc.

The less we do of these things, the more confident we will be.
