Imagine getting into really good shape and then stopping your workouts because you are already in shape. That would be pretty ridiculous.
And yet, people do this all the time in other areas of their lives. Things are working so well that they stop doing the things that got them there in the first place.
Around the beginning of last summer, I started a 100 days of baby steps program. The idea was that I would commit to taking a few baby steps every single day ~ 10 minutes of reading, 5 minutes of exercise, and 1 ask for my business.
This worked fantastically well and put me into a really good flow.
Guess what, I stopped doing it.
Guess what else, since I noticed, I can start again today.
