Even Prison Sentences Have an End

Self-forgiveness is a wealth and success strategy.

If you cannot forgive yourself ~ that means that you think that you need to be punished. And if you need to be punished than how can you be rewarded (with wealth, success, and happiness). Those two are mutually exclusive.

We’ve all done some dumb things. We’ve all made some choice that if we had a do-over, we would choose differently. It is part of being a human.

Let’s imagine that some of these incidents came with a prison sentence – 5 years for stupidity. Well, often times the things we are not willing to forgive ourselves for happened a long time ago. If there was a prison sentence, we would have already been released – our debt to society paid.

So, how much longer are we going to keep punishing ourselves for a mistake we made in the past? Isn’t it time to let it go?
