4 part curriculum
1. Ask for permission to coach – otherwise you are being rude and presumptuous.
2. Remember that any possible issue, problem, or challenge that a person can have is simply a symptom of them not fully loving, accepting, and approving of themselves ~ exactly as they are. ALWAYS! So the work to be done is supporting them to love, accept, and approve of themselves.
3. Ask them, “What is the story you are telling yourself?” Every time that we are underperforming, hesitating, avoiding, procrastinating, or resisting, we are under the influence of a lousy, disempowering, uninspiring story. The behavior is a perfect response to the lousy story. (e.g. I’m not ready. People like me don’t succeed. I’ll die if they say “no”. It isn’t fun. I’m not worthy. It isn’t possible. Etc.) So if we want change, we must change the story that is creating the behavior.
4. Genuinely care about the other person.
That’s it – you are now a proud graduate of the Manske Super Quick Coaching Program.
Much Love,
