Seeds of corruption
They say that power can corrupt. They also say that money can corrupt. However, on the other end of the scale, poverty can corrupt too. There are many forces and circumstances that can lead to corruption, that can have good people behave in ways that are not good.
Webster 1828 defines corrupt as – to change from a sound to a putrid state, to change from good to bad.
We absolutely must guard our hearts against corruption. Anything that would have us do anything besides love is a form of corruption.
