Safe to Rest
It is so important to explore our consciousness and uncover those hidden limiting beliefs because they are negatively impacting us every single day. And we don’t even know they are there doing their sabotaging work.
A couple of weeks ago I had a session. Since my 20’s I’ve always felt like I didn’t get enough sleep regardless of the number of hours I actually slept. And, I hadn’t been able to figure it out on my own (personal blind spot).
We uncovered my belief that it wasn’t safe to sleep or even to rest. I flashed back on a memory of my mom telling me that I just needed to wake up in the night when I had to go to the bathroom. I guess she was tired of putting diapers on me.
That’s when the belief started. I cannot sleep or rest too deeply because I need to be able to wake up.
Since that session I’ve been waking up easier and feeling more awake and rested when I do get up.
And of course, we have beliefs like this all over our lives and businesses. These beliefs aren’t optional. They are rules that we are forced to abide by (whether or not we know they are there) until we do our upgrading and letting go work.
That’s why it is so important to do this work and set yourself free to do better and to get different results. If you can do it yourself then great. If not, get somebody like myself to help you. Or, keep on putting up with the way it is now.
