No Curses Accepted Here
People are cursing each other all the time and don’t even realize it.
When we hear something like ~ “You cannot do that” or “That doesn’t happen to people like us” or “It isn’t going to work” or letting us know that there’s something wrong with us or . . . ~ and we let that in, that person has effectively cursed us.
But, we have a choice about whether we let that in or not. We can say, “I don’t accept that!” or That’s not my truth!”
Just because they are trying to sell us on their judgments and opinions does not mean that we have to buy what they are selling.
