The best of intentions, if not coupled with some sort of strategy, plan, and action, won’t produce the desired result.

I can intend to slim down. I can intend to grow my business. I can intend to deepen my connection with my wife. I can intend to . . . But if I don’t have some sort of actionable plan or strategy, things will most likely stay the same. It doesn’t even have to be a great plan or strategy. We just need something in which to channel our intentions and guide our thoughts and actions.

These are the vehicles for the intention to express itself, to become a reality. An intention without a vehicle is not going to go anywhere.
