Darth Vader’s less scary brother, Darth Cupcake

Darth Vader’s less scary brother, Darth Cupcake
“Darth Vader” that just sounds tough, scary, and evil. The effect would not have been the same if they called him “Darth Cupcake”. That sounds silly, wimpy, and even emasculating.
We can do ourselves a huge favor by giving disempowering, silly, or emasculating names to those characters in our heads who give us bad advice.
For example:
The voice of doubt = the shyster because he’s trying to con us out of our greatness or our happiness.
The perfectionist = captain uptight and anal, ruler of the no fun zone
The criticizer = super jerk the friendless
The talk you out of action voice = Pansy McPansy
And so on . . .
When we actively do this (labeling the voice), we are much less likely to take their advice or to even listen.
Much Love,
Jonathan
