Wonder vs Worry
Worry is such a damaging thing and we tend to be like a dog with a good bone when it comes to worry – we chew on it and chew on it and chew on it some more.
Instead of worrying try wondering.
Worrying is focusing on what we do not want to happen. Wondering is focusing on what we do want to happen.
I wonder how it is going to happen?
I wonder where my new client is going to come from?
I wonder where my new client is going to come from?
I wonder if my new client will be a man or a woman?
I wonder if my new client will be older than me or younger than me?
I wonder . . .
These wonderings presuppose the new client which has me focusing on what I do want. This is a much more beneficial bone to chew on.
Much Love,
Jonathan
