What can I do???
I’ve had a rough couple of days because I was stressed out about the situation with my mom. (Mom had a stroke two weeks ago and cannot move her right arm or leg). I was feeling heavy and helpless because there’s nothing I can do to fix it, to make her better.
Then this morning, I realized that I was looking at things from a lousy perspective – one that guaranteed suffering.
I needed to ask myself, “what can I do?” instead of telling myself “there is nothing I can do to help her.”
There are so many things I can do.
Lousy questions lead to lousy perspectives which lead to suffering and stuckness.
Much Love,
Jonathan
