Scrubbing Bubbles 
A client recently asked me about negative environments.
My answer: #1 Avoid them when we can.
If we cannot avoid them, then we have a choice. We can go into them defensively and attempt to protect ourselves. Or, we can go in with a smile on our faces and an intention to upgrade the environment.
Back when I was a kid, there was a TV commercial for the scrubbing bubbles, a bathroom cleaner. Their motto was they clean wherever they go. And, they did it with great joy and enthusiasm.
We can be scrubbing bubbles or ambassadors of goodness and kindness wherever we go too.
