Problem or opportunity?
When that undesirable thing happens, how do you respond? 1) Oh no, I’ve got a problem. 2) Yahoo, I’ve got an opportunity for an upgrade.
All problems come with an opportunity for an upgrade, an opportunity for us to let go of some head trash, an opportunity for us to become an even better version of ourselves. However, we are not required to seize these opportunities and use them to our advantage – that strategy is totally optional.
“Oh no, I’ve got a problem” brings our energy down and causes our brains to work less creatively, accurately, and effectively thus making the likelihood of a good solution far less likely.
“I’ve got an opportunity for an upgrade” makes life more fun and enjoyable, makes our brains work better, and is far more likely to result in a great solution.
Much Love,
