Powerful choosing – we always have a choice
Sometimes circumstances make it seem like we don’t have a choice, but we always do.
In those times where the consequence of the one choice is too severe to even consider (which makes it seem like we have no choice), then we still have a choice about whether we suffer or not.
We can either be a victim to that circumstance, or we can choose that which is right in front of us. In these circumstances, there is a huge difference in the energy and impact between “I choose” and “I have to”.
When the choice that does not look like a choice is to help someone, please remember that help given begrudgingly doesn’t honor the giver or the receiver. It just brings everyone down.
Much Love,
Jonathan
