Our Packrat Brains
Imagine a packrat’s room stacked full of old newspapers, boxes, and junk. The room isn’t useable because there’s so much unneeded and not useful stuff. And it certainly isn’t comfortable to be in that room.
But if we start emptying that room, with every load of trash we carry out, the room becomes that much more useable and comfortable to be in. It is a longer process, but every load removed makes a difference.
We have packrat brains. We’ve hung on to all kinds of useless junk like hurts, grievances, disappointments, failures, shame, embarrassment, anger, judgments, limitations, and the like.
With each load of head trash that we carry out, we become lighter, freer, more open to new possibilities and new results, happier, and the like.
Do yourself a huge favor and add some head trash removal time into your schedule. Then pick your favorite letting go tool and create freedom.
Much Love,
Jonathan
