Just a smidgen more
I was halfway through my work out on the rowing machine yesterday when I did the math and saw that my pace wasn’t quite going to get me to my goal.
I also realized that I did not need to go crazy and make up the difference in the next 30 seconds. A fraction of a second quicker on each repetition would get me there.
That seemed very do-able.
I made up the difference and then some with only the slightest increase in effort.
What if we applied this to life – just a bit more focus, effort, or action towards our goals every day. What would this do for us over time?
Much Love,
