Good reasons and prison guards
No matter how good our reasons are for not liking someone. We pay the price for holding on to that opinion.
It is impossible to hold on to a harsh judgement without experiencing constriction in our own energy which means that we will experience that constriction somewhere in our lives. And, we cannot be constricted and happy at the same time.
If your dream job is to be a prison guard and make sure that the bad people get what is coming to them, then hang onto those negative judgments. Otherwise, it is essential that we let go and move on with our lives – no matter how compellingly good our reasons are. That price will always be paid if we hang on.
Much Love,
Jonathan
