Antidote for Grief
Here’s a fantastic little NLP (neurolinguistic programming) technique for dealing with grief.
Look up and to your right and then make a picture of the person that you are missing, that you are grieving for.
As soon as we make that picture, that person is now with us so we cannot feel abandoned.
I was taught this technique shortly after my brother died. I was experiencing immense grief storms that really rocked my world. After I learned this technique, I never experienced that grief again except for those times that I intentionally chose to do so.
Try it now, look up and to your right and make a picture of someone that is no longer with us.
Pretty cool – you get to have them with you right now.
Much Love,
Jonathan
