Trusting that people will do
what they need to do
what they need to do
Life is so much easier when we trust rather than worry, fret, and catastrophize.
In the last few days I have been reaching out to people to promote my upcoming Breakthrough to Unprecedented Results program. Several previous coaching clients have responded with an apology for being out of touch and for not responding to previous messages.
In these kinds of situations (where people don’t respond) we seem to like to make up the worst. “What did I do wrong? Why don’t they like me anymore?” Etc. And then we worry and stress.
It is so much easier on us when we relax and trust that people are doing exactly what they need to be doing.
It is so much easier on us when we remember that our agenda is usually not the other person’s agenda.
It is so much easier on us when we remember that we are perfectly okay even if they don’t respond.
p.s. Here’s the link for Breakthrough to Unprecedented Results. It starts Jan 10.
Much Love,
Jonathan
