Doing what needs to be done
Here’s a great question: are my habits, behaviors, and actions congruent with my goals?
So often the answer to this is “no”.
There are a few things that we can do to get better at this.
We can work on the head trash and limiting beliefs that are having us procrastinate and avoid.
And, we can build the muscle of doing what needs to be done whether we feel like it or not.
How do we do this?
Here are a few ways to build this muscle.
- External accountability
- Community support
- Reminding ourselves that avoiding is never going to get us to where we want to be – over and over and over
- Asking ourselves – what are the consequences of not doing this?
We can get good at doing what needs to be done whether we feel like it or not.
p.s. My Amazing Day Amazing Life program builds this muscle. The next one starts Nov 1.
Much Love,
Jonathan
