Sooner or later you have to actually go out for a run
I can do all kinds of research on running – best shoes, best training strategies, biographies of great runners, pre and post run nutrition . . . And none of this is an adequate substitute for actually lacing up my shoes and going for a run.
This happens in the personal growth arena. People gather all sorts of info about why they are in their situation and how they got there. They get advice about what to do about it. They learn techniques and strategies. And nothing is going to change until they put this into action.
We need to actually use the techniques and strategies. Knowing about them is not enough.
P.S. My upcoming Breakthrough to Unprecedented Results program gives you the techniques and strategies as well as the support to put them into action.
