Most of us suffer from Action Deficit Disorder ~ when there is an opportunity to do something that could change us for the better we end up procrastinating, hesitating, or avoiding.
The end result of this is that we simply are not doing enough of the things that produce the results and outcomes that we want.
Instead, we are left with excuses and resolutions to do better tomorrow (but tomorrow is more of the same). This process also creates frustration, disappointment, and a shrinking sense of what is possible.
The good news is that Action Deficit Disorder is curable.
Join me for lunch on the 16th as we dive into this fascinating topic.
