The counter intent of busyness
Often times people want to do better, get better results, grow their businesses etc. – but, they also have a story like ~ I’m already at capacity. Or, I’m already working too hard. Or, I’m tired. Or, I don’t want to lose my freedom. . .
When this happens, counter-intent sneaks in and the energy and intention towards not doing better ends up being stronger than it is towards doing better. Then self-sabotage and frustration occur.
In these sorts of situations, we have to change the story that we are telling ourselves. We have to create a new possibility. ~ What if I can work less and earn more. What if it can be easy. What if there is enough time. What if things can be different . . .
Much Love,
Jonathan
