Building Mental Toughness
Rejections, disappointments, and things not going the way we want them to – these are the ways that we build mental toughness. Every time that we weather the storm, every time that we bounce back, every time that we get back into action – we become mentally tougher.
That stuff is the path so let’s use those occurrences to become stronger and mentally tougher.
