Choosing sides
A very simple yet powerful thing we can do to shift perspectives, moods, expectations, fields of attraction, thoughts and more is to choose which side we are on. And, the words “I agree” help us to do this.
For example:
I disagree with confusion. I agree to clarity.
I disagree with scarcity. I agree to abundance.
I disagree with struggle. I agree to ease.
I disagree with strife. I agree to harmony.
I disagree with frustration. I agree to peace.
Whenever we catch ourselves caught up in the lousy – we can disagree with that and agree to the positive. This can change our mindset in an instant.
